Waiorongomai Valley Farm
Land retirement, wetland restoration, and native planting along waterways “sedges on edges”. This initiative integrates cultural knowledge, biodiversity improvements, and community engagement and outreach.

Sing Family Farm
Farmer-led project which aims to restore a riparian floodplain wetland, with the aim of bringing back indigenous flora and fauna, improving water quality, and slowing down flood flows.
Te Ngāhere o Waharoa - Hawes Bush
Restoration and enhancement of a kahikatea forest remnant on public land at Waharoa and its re-connection to several other smaller forest fragments on private land.
Morrinsville River Walk
Gully habitat restoration along the Morrinsville Riverwalk pathway beside the Waitakaruru and Piako Rivers in Morrinsville to create an ecological and recreational showcase for residents and visitors.
Rukumoana Marae
A marae-based wetland restoration project at Rukumoana Marae, adjacent to the Topehaehae Stream.
Connecting the Waitoa
Protecting and restoring multiple kahikatea forest fragments along the Waitoa River to provide a biodiversity corridor that connects the significant forest restoration projects of Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari and restoration projects on the Kaimai Mamaku ranges.

Wetland native forest restoration in partnership with Tahuna Golf Club
Te Miro Pest Control
Community-led project which aims to further reduce rat and possum populations to protect and enhance native birds, bats, and improve forest health in the Waterworks Road Reserve.
